ACCEPT APPOLIGIZE FROM THE DESIGNER

Refering to my post today "clone of my 2005 teardrop belly-chain" , the one who try to copy my design finally admit what she did & then send me appolize about that. She already take off sale woot!

She said:-
"wanted to leave you this message...you're right, that bellychain i made way back last year when i was learning to make jewelry and torture prims by looking at other's work finding out about prim fits and then to making design changes to make it my own. Obviously, i didn't do that enough with the bellychain. i thought i had taken all that earlier work off sale a long time ago. i understand your frustration after going into another store and seeing a tub exactly like mine for sale by a *friend*. All i can do is offer my deepest apologies and take it off sale. Thanks so much for approaching me first and letting me make this right."

"We've taken it off, and again my apologies...it was way back in the beginning when i didn't have much confidence in my own ability to design..now after taking that Master's jewelers class and working on more things, i'm finding out i love it. Your concern was timely since my partner xxx and i are dealing with copycats in the market as well as my friend xxx. i needed to clean up my own backyard first though before getting on my high horse *smiles* thanks for the reminder"

Okay I accept her appolize & I appreciate that she is brave to admit what she did. Better than most of the other copycats that keep saying "no that is my design , we just have same thinking & idea" .. & say "I am the best jeweler in Sl with awesome prim work & never copy others design.. I work very hard on that.." OR "XXX magazine /blog also place my design out & comment that my design is creative.. " well yes copy others design is REALLY hard work! As they need to unlink or try to think how the designer make that lol & I think that yes there may be people have similar idea but it is impossible to similar like that! Maybe it's time for me to creat a blog for all designer in World so they can express what their feeling when they see someone clone their design. Maybe go for voting "The Winner of COPYCAT this week is ... " hahah that will be fun.. If you are designer & think this is a good suggestions, leave me a comment here & let's see what we can work out.

CLONE OF MY 2005 TEARDROP BELLY CHAIN WITH BELLY RING

I feel so frustrate today... one of my group members im me today & said there is a store that sell a belly chain exactly the same as my 2005 teardrop belly chain design. At first I think that maybe it just similar. But when I tp there, I said, OMG it's exactly the same.. compare the following picture & tell me what you think.

Well I don't know what to say, I just feel bad. Well yes compare my present design, my prim work improve more. But it is still my design ... I feel like someone steal my blood! I can say it is impossible to make the prim/ shape that similar like that. It just like clone with other texture. but what can I do? Well the member that tell me about this suggest me to put that design back to store & then sell it at 1L . Well I am still selling this in my slboutique stores at 250L with both pant look chain & skirt look chain. (9 gemstone selections) Why no one will respect other designer's designs ? I think that I can only say " Thank you so much to all those copycat who try to show how creative & innovative I am."

MEMBER GIFTS @ MEMBER SHOP TEMP OFF

Bad day today! As the script have something wrong, Someone that are not in my VIP group get the Member gifts from my discount shop today. I feel so sad about that. Well, all my member gifts are supposed to gift my valauble members only. Each member gifts spend me a lot of time & mind to make & design - as they are just designed for my members. But someone that already left my group fly up beside my discount shop & then try to get the member gifts. Well, all my gifts & discount items there are supposed to be scripted as just accepting member to buy. But somethings go wrong & it can't work if I set the price as "0". & then she, the one that are not deserved to be have them , got the member gifts. :( Only my members who keep loving & support my design that keep staying in my group deserved to have it.

Because of this, I am now taking away the member gifts in my member discount shop. Sorry about causing any inconvience to my member.

The name "Gelesia" is a Spainish name means "happiest". I want my aunti Spink be the happiest Bride & wife in SL world so I designed this in 9 Jan 2007 for her Wedding. She want to be a princess in her wedding & so my brain come out this design. She like hearts so I use hearts & the traditional princess necklace to creat this set for her. Teardrops always make the designs look more elegant & so I finally make this out. The top 4 tiny diamonds are in the same colour of the gemstone teardrops while others are white diamond.

I make a white Heart diamond on the ear drops & then the 2 little diamonds with teardrop is hanging at the back of the ears. When you try to zoom closer of the earring, you will see that how real it is- with a long pin & the earring bucket at the back. With Controllable sparkling.

DEW DROP DIAMONDS LEAVES SET

I designed this in last year 2006 early Nov for the my Aunti Karyme's Wedding. The design concept is from the her wedding dress that with some drops pattern. To make her more elegant & outstanding, I used prims to craft some leaves out. With a center white diamond, I put 2 diamonds in the same colour of the Gemstone dewdrop. The earrings are kinda different to my previous design. I make a diamond on the ear drops & then the 2 little diamonds with dewdrop is hanging at the back of the ears.
